Children are only accepted for the whole EcoWeek, arriving on the first day and leaving on the last. Part and day attendance is not possible.
Children must be more than 8 years old and less than 16 years old on the first day of EcoWeek.
If applications are withdrawn payment is due as follows:

We strongly recommend that you take out cancellation insurance to cover these amounts in case of an emergency: We can (and will) only consider waiving these payments in truly exceptional circumstances.
We will do our utmost to deliver the EcoWeek programme as described, but we reserve the right to cancel or alter EcoWeeks if circumstances beyond our control make this unavoidable. Bookings cancelled as a result will of course receive a full refund of any money paid.
We reserve the right to ask that parents remove a child whose behaviour is harming others (we do not tolerate bullying in any form) or endangering anyone (including themselves). It will be the parents' responsibility to arrange transport: we may be able to help but will make a charge to cover direct costs and staff time.
Please only send children who are happy, keen and able to join in a relative informal group holiday. If your child receives any additional help with behavioural or social skills at school or elsewhere, please contact us to discuss options.
