We limit the numbers to 28, with maximums of 12 boys and 16 girls or 16 boys and
12 girls. When we reach 12 boys and 12 girls we can take either another four boys or another four girls. At this point we will start a trigger list, and when we have two requests for either boys or girls we'll release those four places. Once the EcoWeek is completely full we will keep a waiting list in case places become available.
